Welcome!

If you're here because you watched the book trailer and came to check out more,

thank you and welcome!

If the trailer is the first you ever heard of the book, you may have no idea what it's about save for a fantasy about some dude named Michael who is trying to stop an evil villain named Hashatan who is attempting to kill off the ancestral line of an Heir foretold in prophecy in order to prevent his birth.

So here are a few details:

Michael is none other than the biblical archangel, or in my book, the Commander of the Malakim army. First off, there is a definite fantasy spin on everything -- from swords and "sorcery" to Centaurs to winged-horses to fire-breathing dragons (amazingly enough -- all from a biblical standpoint. Don't believe me? Lol, then you'll have to read it and see).

Second, the biblical events unfold in the background, while the main story focuses on Michael (the more familiar a bible story, the more fictional aspects of the plot come into play to "distract" from it.)

Third, it reads more like allegory than a bible story (so much so, that its often called allegory even though it's not). This is due to the Hebrew names/terms, such as:

Shamayim = Heaven

Malakim = angels

Shaityrim = demons

King Elyon = God the Father

The Prince = the preincarnate Christ

Hashatan = Satan

This is so the reader "forgets" he is reading about the Bible and loses himself in the story, absorbing much more truth then he normally would attempting to read through the biblical narrative.

But whereas Aslan is a type of Christ, the Prince is the preincarnate Christ.

And fourth brings us to Michael himself.

One, he has anger issues. Two, he doesn't get long at all with his second--in-command Gavriel. And three, he ends up turning vigilante.

Michael is almost constantly under emotional and psychological duress -- whether placed there by Gavriel; Hashatan, his former mentor; Marduk, his ex-best friend, now a demon and who wants revenge; a host of others; and even himself.

The point of all this? Quite simply, it is to reach the the lost, but it also will strengthen the faith of any believer as well as give him/her the answers to defend their faith. So send a link to friends and family, tell people in your church (esp youth group kids), and any LOTR and/or fantasy fans of any age. Anyone you think would be interested in an angels and demons novel.

Thanks again for coming. Hope you enjoyed!
